Dieser Satz begleitet mich schon sehr lange. Menschen, die mich kennen beschreiben mich als sehr ruhig und ausgeglichen. Die richtige Balance zu finden, ist f\u00fcr mich eine der spannendsten Herausforderungen, da es in so vielen Lebensbereichen um ein ausgewogenes Verh\u00e4ltnis geht.<\/p>\n

Ich verbringe viel Zeit mit meiner inzwischen fast 99j\u00e4hrigen Oma. Sie ist f\u00fcr mich ein Vorbild, wenn es darum geht, immer wieder einen Neubeginn zu wagen und das Beste aus dem Augenblick zu machen.
Au\u00dferdem ist sie die beste Motivation, sich geistig und k\u00f6rperlich fit zu halten.<\/p>\n

Nicht immer ist man voller Energie und Schaffenskraft, seine Ziele und Visionen zu erreichen. Manchmal braucht es erst einmal Ruhe.<\/p>\n

Achtsamkeit, Entspannungstechniken und Erkennen der Stressfaktoren, sowie Wege aus der \u00dcberlastung geh\u00f6ren ebenso zu meiner Arbeit wie das St\u00e4rken Deiner Ressourcen.
Manchmal reicht eine kleine Auszeit, ein bisschen Wellness oder ein paar Tage Urlaub. Bist Du jedoch schnell wieder in Deinem Hamsterrad gefangen, lass uns gemeinsam einen Weg finden.<\/p>\n

Doch es gibt auch immer wieder Grenzen, Blockaden und scheinbar un\u00fcberwindbare H\u00fcrden. Eine spannende M\u00f6glichkeit, diese zu \u00fcberwinden, ist die Hypnose.<\/p>\n
